We all experience times in our lives where we feel confused, sad or frustrated. Circumstances arise giving us a sense that we are out of control; don’t know what to do, how to do it or where to turn to. Well meaning friends and family try to assist by giving advice and support, but often this can be subjective and emotionally charged. We tip the scales the other way, helping you discover your own path to resolving inner turmoil, acknowledging loss and moving to acceptance, identifying coping and problem-solving techniques, self understanding and acceptance.
I accept referral work from, government, private and corporate clients (EAP). I have a varied wealth of experience and theoretical background to understanding that sometimes people may need the opportunity to explore their thoughts and feelings in a confidential, safe, non-judgmental environment that offers guidance to reach their personal goals in the journey of life. My main areas of expertise; EAP counselor for many government services; victim of crime counselling; domestic violence counselling. I also have many years of educational experience and can design and present specific needs workshops and presentations for services and support groups.
